Lakeport Cluster is proud to have been Reston Association's "Cluster of the Year" in 2007 and 2011. Owners and Residents know that living in a well kept community not only provides daily enjoyment, but also keeps property values high. Cluster condition is easy to maintain when all Members follow the simple Rules and Regulations below.
The Lakeport Cluster Association Handbook was revised in 2019 and details Cluster Policies that promote traditional customs and courtesies that make living in Lakeport Cluster such a joy.
The Lakeport Cluster Standards were written to provide home owners with solutions to broken, inefficient, or simply outdated home improvement materials while maintaining the cluster look and feel required by the Reston Association (RA). The Standards list the required replacement attributes, and many offer RA pre-approved items for immediate replacement needs.
